Shipping

Shipping is free to anywhere in the world.

You will be notified by email or SMS when your order has been dispatched and you will receive a link to track your order. Dispathc can take anywhere from 2-5 business days.

Normal delivery time after your order is dispatched is 2 to 5 business days Australian shipping.

For international orders, delivery times will vary depending on location and local customs. Please see below for estimated delivery times after your order has been dispatched.

  • New Zealand: 4 – 8 business days
  • Asia Pacific: 6 – 14 business days
  • North America: 5 - 10 business days 
  • Rest of World: 7 – 16 business days

 

Please note:

  • There may be further delays if your package is being held in customs. Customers are liable for customs and duties in their country and will be contacted by local customs agencies directly to settle these charges.
  • We are unable to ship to the following countries: North Korea, Syria, Yemen, Iran and Crimea (Ukraine).
  • All orders to the UAE, Qatar, Oman and Saudi Arabia will require a PO Box address to be successfully delivered.

Return policy

All our orders are custom printed, mounted and framed just for you which means we are unable to accept exchanges of “change of mind” returns.


Faulty or damaged items

Each order that is sent out is subject to strict quality inspections during the packing process. In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty or defective product please send us an email at hello@hoom.studio with your name and order number and we will review your case and sort you out as quickly as possible. Please attache images of the damage in full detail and at least one image of the item in full frame for use to properly assess your claim.

If items are deemed to be faulty you will have the option for a replacement to be sent free of charge or a full refund. '

Packaging

All framed prints ship inside padded cardboard boxes and unframed prints ship in heavy duty cardboard shipping tubes. All frames and prints are thoroughly inspected before leaving our print studio.

Can I exchange my order for a different size?

We encourage you to check our sizing guide before placing your order. Unfortunately, because all our orders are custom printed, mounted and framed we are unable to accept exchanges of “change of mind” returns.

Can I cancel or change my order?

All cancellations and order changes must be made within 24 hours of the original purchase.
